Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We accept a variety of payment methods, details of which will be provided during checkout. All prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated. An invoice will be issued upon request. If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us within 24 hours of purchase to avoid restocking or handling fees.
We deliver our products across the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on location, stock availability, and courier services. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only, and BipsUK Ltd is not liable for delays outside of our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information; failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur additional charges.
You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Customised or specially mixed products are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees. Please contact us before returning any items.
